Lee Fitzgerald DDS
Dr. Fitzgerald is from the Dallas area. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, then graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1985. Dr. Fitzgerald continued his education as an Extern in Oral Surgery at UT Southwestern Center Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He was an Associate of Dr. James Watters for six years 1985-1991 where he did dental surgery and prosthetics. Dr. Fitzgerald was one of the first dentists to do porcelain veneers. He has been recognized a D Magazine’s Best Dentist in Cosmetic Dentistry for nearly 20 years. He practiced with an in-house dental lab while an Associate and continued the same in his office today. Implant Dentistry has evolved since 1985 and Dr. Fitzgerald’s office became an implant center. Forte Dental Implant Center. FORTE stands for Fitzgerald Oral Rehabilitation Treatment and Education. Dr. Fitzgerald has taught dentists world wide. He is a Global DSO Trainer for Straumann / Neodent implant companies, trainer for NobelBiocare and Biohorizons. He teaches live and hands on courses to dentists learning and perfecting their skills in the All-On-Four, All-On-X procedures and different phases of implant dentistry.
Professionally Dr. Fitzgerald is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and Implant Dentistry. One of just approximately 400 in the world. He is an Assoicate Fellow and Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists
