He has been recognized a D Magazine’s Best Dentist in Cosmetic Dentistry for nearly 22 years.  He has practiced with an in-house dental lab while an Associate and continued the same in his office today. Implant Dentistry has evolved since 1985 and Dr. Fitzgerald’s office became an implant center. Forte Dental Implant Center. FORTE stands for Fitzgerald Oral Rehabilitation Treatment and Education.  Dr. Fitzgerald has taught dentists world wide.  He is a Global DSO Trainer for Straumann / Neodent implant companies, trainer for NobelBiocare and Biohorizons. He teaches live and hands on courses to dentists learning and perfecting their skills in the All-On-Four, All-On-X procedures and different phases of implant dentistry.
